Gossamer by Lois Lowry
October 30th, 2008
In a haunting story that tiptoes between reality and imagination, a lonely, sensitive woman and a damaged, angry boy face their own histories and discover what they can be to one another, renewed by the strength that comes from a tiny, caring creature they will never see.

I really liked this book. This is the kind of fantasy that I enjoy, one with some element of realism. This book also had a lot of heart. I cared about all the characters, both real and fantastical. I also liked that there was a little mystery and scary part to it.
